Job summary

JRG Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. in India is seeking an Operations Relationship Manager to ensure seamless client servicing across mutual funds and insurance. You will coordinate with clients, Relationship Managers and channel partners to enable timely processing and high-quality service delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a commerce/finance degree, have strong MS Excel skills, and can manage multiple tasks with deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and compliance with regulatory norms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• NISM Series V-A is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations including transactions, applications, KYC, policy issuance, renewals and service requests.
• Support client onboarding and Relationship Management teams with documentation, risk profiling, applications and transaction processing.
• Coordinate with channel partners, including AMCs, RTAs, insurers and other financial institutions, for timely processing and issue resolution.
• Prepare daily/monthly MIS, reconciliation statements, trackers and operational reports.
• Ensure high standard of client experience and timely resolution of service requirements.
