Job summary

Cognito Excellence in Delhi is seeking a motivated Partner Onboarding Associate to reach out to potential service partners, introduce Servyo, and onboard new partners onto the platform. You will guide them through documentation, app usage, and initial setup.

You will coordinate between partners and internal teams, handle day-to-day queries, maintain basic records, and share ground insights to improve onboarding and operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are required.
• Confidence in reaching out, coordinating, and following up with partners.
• Basic understanding of operations, partnerships, or sales is a bonus but not mandatory.
• Ability to organize information and maintain records.
• Comfort with using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain basic records of partner interactions, onboarding status, and feedback to support operational planning.
