Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in network operations and team management.
• Experience with SD-WAN (Versa) and Cisco routing & switching.
• Experience in routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP; VLANs, trunks, and 802.1x.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch network operations team and daily activities.
• Monitor network uptime, performance, and incident resolution.
• Manage SD-WAN, Cisco routing & switching, and branch connectivity.
• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors to resolve network issues and meet SLAs.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ensure network security, patch compliance, audit requirements, and RBI compliance.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and management reports.
• Lead team training, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
