Job summary

Gastronomix is building a new-age F&B startup in Bangalore, focusing on healthy, affordable street food and a central kitchen plus outlet operations. The Operations Leader will own end-to-end logistics, cost tracking, and compliance, working with growth and culinary teams to scale known street food brands.

The role demands hands-on SOP setup, staff hiring/training, and strong numbers-driven management to drive measurable growth in a dynamic Bengaluru market.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of work experience in F&B Operations, preferably in the QSR/Street Food space.
• Proficiency in computer usage – Excel, PPT & MS Word.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.

• Setup efficient SOPs for food production, logistics and outlet operations.
• Hiring and training of kitchen staff, outlet operators and supervisors.

THE POSITION:

We are looking for an operations leader who can own up several aspects of running well-known street food brands in Bangalore. You will manage end-to-end operations related to central kitchen and street food outlets. You will work with the growth team and the culinary team to ensure smooth operations of the outlets. You will observe, record, and report various operational metrics related to logistics, compliances, and expenses. You will also need to work with local authorities in managing the street spaces to operate the outlets.
