Responsibilities

• Oversee all export-related operations, including documentation, compliance, and logistics.
• Build and maintain relationships with international shipping partners, customs brokers, and local authorities.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to global clients.
• Develop and implement process improvements to streamline export workflows.
• Provide strategic input on international expansion and market entry strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years in operations management with a focus on exports/imports.
• Familiarity with export regulations, documentation (Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.), and freight forwarding processes.
• Demonstrable experience in negotiating with global logistics providers.
• Strong analytical abilities for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• No formal degree required; hands‑on achievements in international trade and operations are essential.
