• Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and recommend strategies to boost conversion rates.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Optimize user experience, payment processes, and customer service channels for online shoppers.

Requirements

Hands-on experience in managing e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.

Strong analytical skills with familiarity in Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or equivalent.

Proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving conversion metrics.

Ability to oversee digital marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, social ads) specifically for e-commerce.

Excellent communication, team coordination, and project management skills.

No formal degree needed; significant achievements in e-commerce setups are highly valued.
