Job summary

Arbhu Enterprises in Bengaluru's Koramangala is seeking an Operations Executive to lead and streamline day-to-day operations, exports, and vendor management. You will build scalable processes and implement no-code tools to automate workflows.

You will coordinate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, accounts and client teams, travel for vendor inspections, and own SOPs across operations, logistics and warehousing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, exports, or supply chain management.
• Proven ability to streamline processes, manage multiple moving parts, and deliver outcomes under tight timelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset — able to identify inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions.
• Comfortable with software tools and automation (Zoho, Notion, Airtable, or similar platforms).
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work ethic.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business operations.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee export operations including shipping bills, dispatches, pickups, and documentation compliance.

• Supervise product sample management — from preparation to client delivery — ensuring timelines and quality standards.

• Manage vendor qualification, onboarding, and periodic audits, maintaining relationships with suppliers across India.

• Build and improve SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for operations, logistics, and warehousing.

• Work closely with internal teams to implement Zoho One and other no-code tools to automate and track key workflows.

• Lead cross-functional coordination between manufacturing, quality, accounts, and client-facing teams.

• Travel periodically for vendor inspections, audits, and export coordination.
