Workgenix 1 is seeking an experienced Manager Operations to oversee end-to-end operations for a construction equipment rental business at Mettupalayam, Coimbatore. The role focuses on optimizing branch performance, fleet deployment and logistics, with emphasis on safety and compliance.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and drive market expansion through strategic site selection and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• UG/PG qualification.
• Location: Mettupalayam, Coimbatore.
• Experience in construction equipment rental or related ops preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch and regional operations.
