Job Description

Performs complex research and analysis and ensures compliance with established manufacturing principles. Handles a variety of non-routine and difficult inquiries. Manages professional and support level employees within Manufacturing to ensure production volume and schedules as well as cost and quality of production are met. Or, Supervise and manage all functions involved in the production of 3M products in a safe and economic fashion. Responsible for direct supervision, training, safety performance, product quality, cost control, employee communications, employee morale and productivity. May be required to act as plant senior management representative on holidays, weekends, evenings and night shifts.
