Job summary

Releza Agro is seeking a Production Manager to plan and oversee production activities, ensuring timely delivery. You will manage manpower, production planning, quality control, and stock oversight while driving efficiency and waste reduction across the plant.

The role requires experience in FMCG production management and an MBA/PGDM is preferred. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product development and supply chain processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in Production Management or FMCG.
• MBA/PGDM degree (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Factory Management principles including manpower handling, production planning, quality control, stock management, and waste management.
