Ever Fuels in Kolkata is seeking a hands-on Operations Lead to manage daily EV charging site operations, ensure uptime, and coordinate maintenance. You will supervise field staff, implement SOPs, and track performance, collaborating with vendors for site rollouts and AMC/logistics.

This entry-level role welcomes graduates with 0-2 years’ experience, requires a laptop, and proficiency in MS Office/Excel. Willingness to travel between sites and strong communication are essential.

• Must have own laptop and be comfortable with MS Office/Excel.
• Willing to travel locally between charging sites in Kolkata as needed.
• Good communication and coordination skills to manage vendors, field staff, and site contacts.
• Prior experience in operations, logistics, or team supervision is a plus but not mandatory.
