The role requires 5+ years in Trust & Safety with leadership experience, deep knowledge of global safety landscapes, regulatory trends, and strong communication under pressure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Trust & Safety, policy enforcement, content moderation, risk management, or regulatory compliance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Deep understanding of global online safety landscapes, regulatory trends (e.g., DSA, Online Safety frameworks), and operational challenges of content moderation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to exercise sound, objective judgment under pressure when handling sensitive or graphic content

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with technical abuse vectors (e.g., automated spam, fraud rings, CSAM, misinformation campaigns)
• Experience managing vendor partnerships and multi-region outsourced operations
• Experience crafting transparent public-facing policy change logs, help-center documentation, or creator education resources
