Job summary

Qualifications

• MBA from premier B-school with strong academic track record.
• 12+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, technology services, operations transformation, and client-facing strategy and delivery.

Job Description

• Shape transformation roadmaps, build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, and identify, shape, and close new growth opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end RFP responses and solution design win themes, capability narratives, and commercial constructs partnering across presales, delivery, and commercial teams to bring sharp, differentiated proposals to market.
• Define and evolve the practice's offerings around AI agents, agentic workflows, ML-driven quality, and intelligent automation. Drive how the practice is positioned with leading industry analysts.
• Build the data-backed story behind capability, scale, and the evolving commercial model, and represent the practice in briefings and recognitions.Develop points of view, narratives, and client-facing sessions on the future of trust & safety, content moderation, and customer operations in an AI-first world.Provide strategic oversight to delivery, connecting operational performance to client outcomes and commercial health, and stepping in on the engagements that matter most.
• Shape talent strategy and capability frameworks for an AI-fluent operations workforce from how we assess and grow people to how we build readiness for Gen AI-led delivery

Mandatory skill

• Domain experience in trust & safety, content moderation, or digital content operations.
• A background in customer support / CX operations.
