Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Trust & Safety Specialist to support content moderation and responsible AI initiatives within its Trust & Safety team. You will analyze and review user-generated content across text, image, and video platforms, ensuring alignment with client policies and safety standards.

The role requires strong English communication, resilience to potentially disturbing content, and the ability to work objectively with data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and reviewing user-generated content across profiles, audio, videos, and text.
• Investigating, escalating and resolving issues reported by users or flagged by the system.
• Leading daily Pre-Shift and Post-Shift huddles to discuss performance and updates.
• Guiding team on day-to-day tasks, SLA/KPI achievement, and performance reviews.

• Deep familiarity and passion for responsible AI, the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conducting Huddles: Lead daily Pre-Shift and Post-Shift meetings to discuss Performance, Process updates, and Organizational initiatives.
• Task Management Guidance: Provide daily guidance to team members on how to efficiently manage their day-to-day tasks.
• SLA and KPI Achievement: Lead the team to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Critical Performance Indicators (CPIs) defined by the process and the client.
• Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews (Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly) for the entire team and implement Corrective Action Plans or Performance Improvement Plans as needed.
• Performance Reporting:
• Reporting: Provide insights and data for Weekly Business Review (WBR) and Monthly Business Review (MBR) presentations. Publish performance reports on a Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis.
• In this role, you may be directly or inadvertently exposed to, work with, view, or proactively engage with potentially disturbing, objectionable, and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious) and expose AI systems to adversarial scenarios. Therefore, Trust & Safety resources need strong resilience and coping skills.
