Job summary

MedPlus in Hyderabad is seeking an operations leader to oversee day-to-day activities across 30+ stores, driving sales, profitability and productivity targets. You will lead Store Managers and field teams, ensuring efficient manpower planning, performance management and strict operational discipline.

You will monitor inventory, customer service, store standards and SOP compliance, analyse store KPIs, and implement corrective actions for underperforming locations, coordinating with HR, Supply

• Manage day-to-day operations and performance of 30+ stores, ensuring sales, profitability and productivity targets are achieved.
• Lead Store Managers and field teams, ensuring manpower planning, performance management and operational discipline.
• Monitor inventory, stock availability, customer service, store standards and SOP compliance across all stores.
• Analyse store-wise KPIs and implement corrective actions for underperforming stores.
• Coordinate with HR, Supply Chain, Finance and other functions to resolve operational issues and drive business initiatives.
