Job summary

Toolsvilla, India’s fast-growing B2B eCommerce marketplace, seeks a Senior Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end ecommerce operations, fulfillment, and call center activities. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and manage 3PLs and vendor contracts to ensure cost-efficient, compliant operations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in ecommerce operations, strong analytics, and hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ecommerce operations.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment.
• Experience with data analytics and forecasting.
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and ecommerce platforms.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of process automation and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end ecommerce operations.

• Reviewing & negotiating contracts with key partners to ensure cost efficiency in supply chain.
• Creating advance reports to discuss key action areas and roadmap with the team, senior management & the board.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in all aspects of operations.
• Ensure seamless call center operations covering inbound operations & outbound sales and order-confirmation processes.

Role Overview:

The Senior Operations Manager will ensure seamless call center operations (pre-sales to support), order fulfillment process (first-mile to last-mile), outstanding partner/customer experiences, and continuous process improvements. This role serves as the operational backbone, managing cross-functional teams and driving execution of strategic initiatives in a fast-paced and tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
