Job summary

Cosmos Group is seeking a Manager – Operations to lead end-to-end factory operations across helmet manufacturing and PPE products. You will drive production planning, procurement, quality assurance, and logistics to meet timelines and customer expectations.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Textile or Production Engineering with 6–8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in PPE or related sectors, and a track record of leadership and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Textile or Production Engineering.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations.
• Experience in PPE / Safety / Manufacturing is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall factory operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Production planning and execution as per business requirements.
• Raw material procurement (domestic & imports).
• Ensure timely production and delivery of quality products.
• Monitor packaging, dispatch, and logistics coordination.
• Maintain effective inventory control and stock management.
• Drive new product development initiatives.
• Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of plant & machinery.
• Enforce safety practices and ensure workforce safety compliance.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Manage workforce administration and discipline.

The Manager – Operations will be responsible for end-to-end management of factory operations, including manufacturing of helmets (plastic moulding), safety coveralls (garments), and breathing apparatus sets. The role requires strong leadership, operational efficiency, and the ability to ensure timely production, quality standards, and smooth coordination across departments.
