Descrição da oferta de emprego

Company Description SisuCare is dedicated to making healthcare careers more accessible across the U.S., especially for individuals who face barriers related to cost, location, or background. The organization offers flexible, affordable training programs that are closely connected to real job opportunities, including hybrid classes and options for employer-sponsored tuition.

We are seeking a strong, hands-on Operations Manager to serve as the senior management presence during the IST shift, overseeing the effective functioning of approximately 20 employees across multiple teams.

Team Leads will continue to manage their respective functions. This Manager will work across teams to ensure that work gets done on time, company standards and SOPs are followed, quality is maintained, and Team Leads and employees remain accountable.

This is not an administrative office-management role. It is an execution, accountability, quality and operational leadership position with authority to independently audit work across the organization.

Key responsibilites:
  • Maintain a visible, hands-on management presence throughout the IST shift.
  • Oversee daily execution across teams and ensure priorities, deadlines and deliverables are achieved.
  • Hold Team Leads accountable for their teams' performance, productivity, quality and follow-through.
  • Identify delays, bottlenecks, recurring mistakes and operational issues before they escape.
  • Ensure every significant issue has clear ownership, corrective action and a deadline.
  • Conduct random and scheduled audits across departments to verify quality, accuracy, documentation and adherence to company standards and SOPs.
  • Identify root causes of recurring errors and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, outstanding tasks and quality indicators.
  • Ensure company policies, processes and management instructions are consistently followed.
  • Coordinate cross-functional issues and prevent work from falling between departments.
  • Recommend improvements to processes, SOPs, controls and operational workflows.
  • Escalate significant performance, conduct, quality or compliance concerns to Executive Management.
  • Provide a concise daily management report covering exceptions, missed deliverables, audit findings, corrective actions, recurring issues and matters requiring executive attention.
Ideal Candidate:
  • 7–12+ years of professional experience , with significant operations/management responsibility.
  • Proven experience managing Team Leads, supervisors or multi-functional teams.
  • Experience overseeing approximately 15–50+ employees preferred.
  • Strong background in operations, quality assurance, process management, audits or compliance.
  • Highly organized, analytical and comfortable holding people accountable.
  • Strong problem-solving and root-cause-analysis skills.
  • Confident working directly with founders and senior management.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience in healthcare, education, technology, BPO/KPO or another process-driven/regulated environment is advantageous.
What success looks like:

Success means stronger operational discipline, fewer recurring errors, higher SOP compliance, timely completion of deliverables, faster resolution of issues, stronger Team Lead accountability and consistently high-quality work across the organization.

We are looking for someone who is visible, proactive and execution-focused—someone who does not wait for problems to reach them, but actively understands what is happening across teams, identifies gaps early and ensures that commitments are followed through to completion.
