Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in US healthcare operations.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, process management, documentation, and quality control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Good problem-solving, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow established processes, meet deadlines, and consistently achieve productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and operational tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and compliance requirements while handling sensitive patient information.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and U.S.-based stakeholders to address queries, share updates, and resolve process-related challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and recommend process improvements.
• Support additional operational activities and projects as required.
