Job summary

Honeybee Tech Solutions is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager for US Operations based in Mumbai to lead daily US-based processes and ensure targets are met while delivering exceptional client service.

You will manage cross-functional teams, align with stakeholders, implement WFM tools and KPI dashboards, and uphold US customer service standards to drive efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10–12 years of operations experience, preferably in US BPO/Customer Service.
• 56 years of team handling experience.
• Strong understanding of US customer service standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will ensure seamless daily operations, achieve performance targets, deliver exceptional client service, and effectively manage teams while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred)

• Strong understanding of U.S. customer service standards
