Job summary

Uniservice Apartment Solutions LLP in Bangalore South is seeking a Facility Manager to lead facility management services and a 10–20 member team of operators and technicians. This role ensures client rapport, on-time project delivery within budget, and strict SLA adherence.

Responsibilities include vendor coordination, shift handovers, downtime supervision, and guiding technicians to meet customer requirements. DG, Elevator and STP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge in facility management services and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage a team of 10–20 operators and technicians and maintain client rapport.
• Coordinate projects with vendors and ensure on-time, budget-conforming execution.
• Follow SLA and escalation processes during shift changes and handovers.
• Ensure tickets closed within SLA and customer compliance attended by technicians.
• Supervise downtime, logbooks, checklists and schedules.
• Knowledge of DG, Elevator, STP is an added advantage.
