Job summary

SPIN CYCLES Laundry Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager/Supervisor to lead floor operations across finishing, folding, packaging, sorting and dispatch. You will drive process discipline, SOP compliance and engage a 50+ member team with a focus on productivity and quality.

You will leverage advanced Excel/MIS, ERP/WMS tools and barcode systems to track performance, generate daily reports, and ensure timely delivery from factory to store.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in operations, fulfilment, manufacturing or logistics.
• Proven experience managing 50+ employees.
• Advanced Excel, MIS reporting and strong computer skills – Mandatory.
• Experience with ERP/WMS, barcode systems or inventory tracking.
• Strong leadership, manpower planning and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage daily operations and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Floor Operations: Manage daily finishing, folding, packaging, sorting and dispatch activities.
• People Management: Lead 50+ employees, plan manpower, monitor productivity and maintain discipline.
• Process Management: Ensure strict SOP compliance, quality standards and operational efficiency.
• Dispatch & Logistics: Manage vehicle routing, loading, store coordination and timely dispatch.
• Inventory Accountability: Ensure 100% item tracking, barcode scanning and dispatch reconciliation.
• MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily productivity, SLA, dispatch and exception reports using Excel/ERP systems.
• Daily Briefings: Conduct team meetings, assign targets and review performance.
• Problem Solving: Investigate missing items, dispatch errors and delays; implement corrective actions.
• Ownership: Take complete accountability for factory-to-store dispatch accuracy and operational performance.

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on, process-driven Operations Manager to lead factory floor operations, including finishing, folding, packaging, sorting, dispatch and logistics.

The ideal candidate should have strong people management skills, advanced Excel/MIS knowledge and proven experience managing large operational teams.
