Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day business operations, coordinate across departments, improve operational efficiency, and ensure timely execution of organizational activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills, with experience in the real estate/construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the organization's day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate with various departments including Sales, CRM, Purchase, Accounts, Projects, HR and Administration to ensure smooth workflow.
- Develop and implement operational processes, SOPs, and systems to improve efficiency.
- Monitor departmental performance against KPIs, targets, timelines and budgets.
- Ensure timely completion of operational tasks and resolve process-related issues.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for effective execution of business plans.
- Monitor project and operational activities and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and work allocation.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, performance reports and management reports.
- Monitor costs and ensure optimum utilization of company resources.
- Establish accountability and follow-up mechanisms for pending tasks and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues within defined timelines.
- Support management in implementing new processes, systems, and business initiatives.
- Conduct regular review meetings with teams and track action points to closure.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to operational activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.

- Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Construction, Property Development, or related industries will be preferred.
- Should have prior experience managing teams and coordinating with multiple departments.
