Operations Manager Responsibilities

Strategic Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of KPIs as per company and client SOPs
• Collaborate with clients to plan and execute regional operational strategies

Operational Execution

• Implement, monitor, and improve operational SOPs continuously
• Review MIS reports, identify operational gaps, and initiate corrective actions
