About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• 1. Produce and edit high-quality short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) aligned with defined creative briefs and brand standards
• 2. Design clean, consistent visual assets for social media, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and visual identity
• 3. Integrate captions, motion graphics, and audio elements to enhance viewer engagement and content retention
• 4. Collaborate cross-functionally with content, marketing, and operations teams to execute planned campaigns efficiently
• 5. Manage end-to-end content workflows, ensuring timely delivery and quality control across all outputs
• 6. Analyze emerging content trends and translate them into platform-relevant creative formats
• 7. Maintain structured asset management and version control for all creative files
• 8. Incorporate feedback and performance insights to continuously improve content effectiveness

• Stipend Structure:
• Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /month
• Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 7,000 /month
