Alstom in India is seeking an Operations Finance FP&A Controller to drive financial discipline, optimize costs, and report across India sites and HQ. You will analyze KPIs, support month-end close, and highlight risks and opportunities to enable profitable growth.

Take on a new challenge and apply your financial management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, detail-oriented, and innovative teammates. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, ensuring financial discipline, and supporting business profitability. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (India sites, HQ functions), analyze operational KPIs, and coordinate month-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of managing and controlling HQ books and driving cost optimization initiatives across functions, but also supporting Cluster Business Reviews by highlighting key insights, risks, and opportunities.
