Could you be the full-time Operation lead, Record to Report in Bangalore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive financial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.

You’ll provide leadership and organization of Record to Report operations across all integrated geographies. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (R&B controllers, project controllers, site/finance controllers), manage the Record to Report Operations of the GFC, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of developing, integrating, and transferring processes and teams from different regions to the GFC, but also drive standardization of the Record to Report processes in the Shared Services.

We’ll look to you for:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations :
  • Manage Record to Report operations of specific region(s) assigned in the most efficient and cost effective way
  • Meet / Exceed and improve KPI and quality targets in the operations
  • Actively involve in development, integration and transfer of the processes from regions to GFC
  • Drive standardization of the Record to Report processes
  • Actively identify and drive continuous improvement efforts
  • Constantly Benchmark the operations with peers within the organization to improve performance
  • Identify levers and implement actions to enhance efficiency in all operational areas
People :
  • Create, Retain and Develop a strong team with the necessary skills and expertise to ensure a high quality of service
  • Effective Performance Management
    • Setting right objectives in a timely manner

    • Assess competencies, identify and execute development needs

  • Maintain strong governance with the region(s) assigned

Qualifications & Skills:
EDUCATION

CA / CA Inter or Post‑Graduate in Accounting / Finance

Language: English (mandatory)

EXPERIENCE / SKILL SET

Candidates must be either Chartered Accountants with 5 years of accounting experience, including 2 years in R2R team management roles, or CA Inter/Postgraduate professionals with 12–15 years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years in R2R team management positions.
