ALSTOM Gruppe in Bengaluru is seeking a Budget and FinOps Governance Manager to oversee financial governance, cost optimization, and budget planning for Compute & Cloud environments across cloud, on-premises, and licenses. You will collaborate with Finance, IT, Procurement, and Vendors to monitor budgets and drive cost efficiencies.
You’ll deliver regular reports and dashboards, support contract management and license optimization, and help develop automated reporting.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring financial discipline, transparency, and efficiency across Compute & Cloud environments, including cloud, on-premises, and infrastructure-related licenses. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across Finance, IT, Procurement, and Vendors, monitor budgets and expenses, and contribute to cost‑saving initiatives and financial governance, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of budget planning, forecasting, and reporting, but also support contract management and license optimization.
