Alstom is seeking a full-time Operation Manager, Record to Report in Bengaluru. The role focuses on tax compliance, corporate tax filings, audits, and process improvements in a global mobility and transport company.
You will collaborate with India tax, finance, controllership, treasury, and legal teams, engage with external consultants, and contribute to tax dashboards and management reports.

Take on a new challenge and apply your tax compliance and reporting expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of tax filings, while supporting audits and driving process improvements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (India tax team, finance, controllership, treasury, and legal functions), engage with external consultants and auditors, and contribute to the development of tax dashboards and management reports, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of preparing and reviewing corporate tax filings and responding to tax authority queries, but also support automation initiatives and maintain tax process documentation.
