Responsibilities

• Driving and achieving operational KPIs within approved budgets, including Physicals, Hard Inventory, Capex, Production Overheads, Workload, and S&A expenses.
• Coordinating with all India sites to ensure timely month-end closing activities and adherence to reporting timelines for Actuals, Budget, and Forecast submissions.
• Performing timely analysis and deep dives into operational KPIs, ensuring accuracy of reported figures and driving corrective actions where required.
• Coordinating and analyzing operational performance reviews with sites and supporting the preparation of Cluster Business Reviews.
• Managing and controlling HQ books while driving governance, financial discipline, and cost optimization initiatives across functions.
• Initiating, leading, and monitoring cost optimization strategies across India sites to improve operational efficiency and support business profitability.

Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (India sites, HQ functions), analyze operational KPIs, and coordinate month-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of managing and controlling HQ books and driving cost optimization initiatives across functions, but also supporting Cluster Business Reviews by highlighting key insights, risks, and opportunities.
