Decorpot is seeking an Operations Executive for Warehouse & Logistics at Malur, Karnataka. The role involves managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination at our Malur location.

Prior warehouse/logistics experience and willingness to work from Malur are essential. You will coordinate with vendors, transporters, delivery teams, and internal departments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory, and material movement.
• Coordinate inward and outward material entries, dispatches, deliveries, and stock updates.
• Maintain inventory records, stock registers, warehouse trackers, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, delivery teams, and internal departments.
• Track shipments, delivery schedules, pending dispatches, and material availability.
• Ensure timely material dispatch and delivery while minimizing delays.
• Monitor stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and operational issues.
• Handle documentation, goods receipt records, and dispatch-related paperwork.
• Use MS Excel to maintain inventory trackers, prepare reports, and analyze operational data.
• Identify warehouse and logistics issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.
• Ensure proper organization, safety, and efficient utilization of warehouse resources.
