Responsibilities

• Manage product, documentation, and payment flows for trades.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP and TMS systems.
• Identify process improvements to optimize performance.
• Coordinate with teams for financial and compliance requirements.
• Communicate shipment details with internal teams.
• Manage and pay invoices related to logistics.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Manage and reconcile inventory.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage product, documentation, and payment flows for the assigned business unit's physical trades with customers, suppliers, and freight providers
• Maintain accurate data in the company's ERP and TMS systems
• Identify process improvements, optimize performance, and reduce costs
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand financial, credit, and compliance requirements for individual trades
• Communicate shipment details with local and international teams
• Manage and pay invoices (freight, trucking, packaging, suppliers)
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Manage and reconcile inventory

Desired Skills And Experience
