Capital Now is a digital-first lending platform making instant cash loans simple, secure, and stress-free. We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Executive to handle Consumer CIBIL dispute and email operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking operations or the BFSI industry, with excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in the Consumer CIBIL dispute & Email operations process.
• Address and resolve consumer queries, requests, and complaints about credit reports and scores.
• Ensure all emails are responded to correctly and completely within the prescribed SLA.
• Draft responses independently, as template responses are to be used selectively.
• Identify and accelerate resolution of probable escalations or sensitive issues.
• Work on multiple applications and prepare credit reports after analysing complaints.
• Regularly interact with credit representatives and direct consumers/entities through phone and email for fast-track resolution of disputes and complaints.
• Willing to work in Permanent Work from Office as per Business Requirement.
• Maintain Quality and Accuracy scores as per the business requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum Graduate degree in any stream.
• Must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Banking Operations or the BFSI industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Good command over spoken Hindi; ability to read and comprehend consumer complaints in Hindi is an added advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible and capable of handling workload effectively.
• Should have handled an escalation or complaint desk related to banking or insurance products.
• Strong customer-centric service attitude, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Credit Bureaus would be preferred.
• Strong team player with good knowledge of MS Office.
