Role & responsibilities

• Booking and Reservations: Manage hotel bookings, transport logistics, activity tickets, and tour guides for client itineraries.
• Vendor Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with local Goan hoteliers, transport operators, and activity providers to secure reliable service and competitive rates.
• Execution & On-Trip Support: Monitor active tours, handle real-time customer escalations or last-minute changes, and ensure smooth ground execution.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of bookings, vendor invoices, operational expenses, and daily tour status reports.
• Process Improvement: Identify workflow delays or vendor issues and implement practical solutions to improve service delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: 12th pass or graduate in any field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (fluent in English and Hindi; Konkani is a strong plus).
• Good computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel) and booking management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and calm demeanor under pressure during peak tourist seasons.
