Job summary

Cityfurnish is seeking an Operations Executive to manage Pan-India operations from the Corporate Office. You will coordinate with warehouse locations, monitor inventory, and prepare MIS reports while tracking KPIs across cities.

The role requires coordinating with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Support teams, maintaining ERP/barcode systems, and ensuring timely closure of tasks. Strong Excel skills and data management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
• 6 months–2 years of experience in Operations, Inventory, Warehouse, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in corporate office operations and Pan-India/multi-location operations preferred.
• Experience in inventory management, MIS reporting, and ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
• Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently coordinate with teams across multiple cities in India.
• Willingness to take ownership of Pan-India operational activities.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage and coordinate Pan-India operations from the Corporate Office. The role will involve coordinating with multiple warehouse locations, monitoring inventory, preparing MIS reports, tracking operational performance, and ensuring timely closure of operational activities across cities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pan-India Operations

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations across multiple warehouse locations in India.
• Act as the central point of coordination between the Corporate Office and warehouse teams.
• Track operational performance, pending activities, and key KPIs across locations.
• Follow up with city/warehouse teams to ensure timely execution and closure of tasks.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on Pan-India operations.

2. Corporate Office Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS and operational reports.
• Maintain operational trackers, records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Procurement, Customer Support, and other internal teams.
• Monitor and follow up on operational requirements from different locations.
• Support management with operational data, analysis, and updates.

3. Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory across multiple warehouse locations.
• Track inward, outward, returns, transfers, damages, and stock availability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP/barcode systems.
• Monitor inventory aging and idle stock.
• Conduct stock reconciliation and identify inventory discrepancies.
• Support inventory audits and stock verification.

4. Warehouse Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor storage, stacking, housekeeping, and SOP compliance.
• Follow up on refurbishment, repair, and inventory-related activities.
• Ensure timely closure of audit observations and operational issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
• 6 months2 years of experience in Operations, Inventory, Warehouse, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in corporate office operations and Pan-India/multi-location operations preferred.
• Experience in inventory management, MIS reporting, and ERP systems.
