The DP Tours in India is seeking a driven Travel Operations Coordinator with 1.5+ years of experience to manage fixed departures and domestic tours. The role requires coordinating across Sales, hotels, transport vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth itineraries and high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will research destinations, negotiate deals, and handle bookings for hotels, flights, buses, and car rentals, resolving any travel or accommodation issues promptly while

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience in travel/tour operations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Negotiation skills and problem-solving ability mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle end to end responsibility of Fixed Departure and Domestic Tour operations.
• Coordinate between Sales team, property and transport Vendors.
• Researching destinations and available services; booking hotels, Bus Tickets, flights, and car rentals.
• Help resolve any problems with travel or accommodations.
• Research to find travel deals and evaluate services to find the best quality for the price.
• Verify itineraries, coordinate payments, document issues.
