Job summary

Balar Marketing in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, seeks a Production/IT Support professional with 2 years of experience to manage QR scanning, ERP data integrity and on-site IT assistance. The role covers shop-floor operations, data reconciliation and coordination with IT vendors.

The candidate should have a Graduate or Diploma in IT/Operations/Engineering and be comfortable working in shifts on the production floor.

Qualifications

• 02 years of experience preferred.
• Shop-floor environment familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage QR code scanning and linking for wire coils/boxes during production, packing & dispatch.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory and dispatch data in ERP/traceability systems.
• Reconcile physical stock with system data and prepare regular reports.
• Provide first-level IT support for scanners, printers, desktops, tablets and basic network issues.
• Monitor QR printing quality, label control and ensure process compliance.
• Support hardware/software setup, updates and preventive maintenance.
• Train operators on scanning procedures and SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with central IT vendors for technical escalations.
