• Verify stock counts and reconcile transfers and transactions.
• Provide first-level IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV and peripherals.
• Coordinate with IT vendors to resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Support ERP and e-commerce backend activities including inventories and returns.
• Maintain accurate inventory and operational records.

The role primarily involves inventory audits and reconciliation, along with first-level IT support, MIS reporting, ERP operations, and coordination with retail stores and IT vendors to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of EDP in inventory, IT, MIS, and operational activities.
• Conduct physical stock audits at Jaipur and outstation retail stores.
• Verify stock counts and reconcile stock transfers, job work, approvals, and inventory transactions.
• Provide first-level IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, and peripherals.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware, software, and network issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Support ERP and e-commerce backend activities, including inventory updates, returns, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate inventory and operational records.
