Job summary

TruKKer Bengaluru is recruiting a Driver Onboarding Specialist to bring new drivers onto the platform. You will call drivers and transporters, verify documents, and guide them through onboarding from initiation to live profiles.

The role requires fluent Hindi and good English, 1–3 years in tele-calling or KYC verification, and strong attention to detail with Excel skills. You will work 6 days a week, aligned to GCC hours, in office.

Responsibilities

• Call drivers and transporters to onboard them, explaining how to get loads and how payments work.
• Collect and verify onboarding documents Emirates ID or Iqama, licence, visa, vehicle registration (Mulkiya / Istimara), insurance and bank details checking each is genuine and not expired.
• Complete KYC calls confirming driver identity, vehicle type, capacity and operating routes before approval.
• Create accurate driver and truck profiles in the system, and track document expiries for timely renewal.
• Chase pending documents, close incomplete registrations and re-activate dormant drivers.
• Share a daily tracker of drivers contacted, registered and verified.
• Support trip and dispatch operations order allocation, shipment tracking, exception handling and POD follow-up.

About the role

TruKKer is a digital freight platform connecting shippers with 75,000+ verified trucks across the Middle East, Central Asia and Africa. You will bring new drivers onto the platform calling them, verifying their documents, and getting their profiles live. Most of these calls are in Hindi, so fluency is essential.

What you'll do

• Call drivers and transporters to onboard them, explaining how to get loads and how payments work.
• Collect and verify onboarding documents Emirates ID or Iqama, licence, visa, vehicle registration (Mulkiya / Istimara), insurance and bank details checking each is genuine and not expired.
• Complete KYC calls confirming driver identity, vehicle type, capacity and operating routes before approval.
• Create accurate driver and truck profiles in the system, and track document expiries for timely renewal.
• Chase pending documents, close incomplete registrations and re-activate dormant drivers.

What you need

• Fluent Hindi non-negotiable. Good English for internal coordination.
• 1-3 years in tele-calling, driver or vendor onboarding, KYC verification or logistics operations.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Comfortable with high daily call volumes.
• Good MS Excel (VLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables).
• Sharp eye for detail on identity and vehicle documents.
• Available 6 days a week from office, aligned to GCC hours.

Nice to have as additional experience

• Urdu, Punjabi, or Arabic.
• Onboarding experience at a logistics, mobility or fleet platform.
• Exposure to GCC or cross-border freight.
