Job summary

Sharekhan in Amritsar is seeking an MIS/Operations executive to support day-to-day MIS activities and client queries. The role includes preparing reports, handling front desk duties, and ensuring timely resolution of issues with escalations to head office as needed.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, comfortable with inbound client communications, and capable of maintaining client master data (CMC).

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel for MIS and reporting.
• Ability to prepare reports and handle operation queries with defined TAT.
• Experience with front desk/reception responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Day to day MIS follow up.
• Prepare reports and handle operation related queries with TAT.
• Manage front desk / reception duties.
• Handle inbound client queries via calls.
• Resolve issues and escalate to HO while informing clients.
• Update Client Master Changes data (CMC).
