Brivo and Eagle Eye Networks are seeking an Operations Engineer in Bangalore to bridge AI software with field deployments. You will monitor Linux devices, deploy AI-enabled solutions at the edge, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize deployments.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of the Linux Operating System.
• Python and Shell scripting for automation.
• Strong hardware and networking fundamentals.
• RHCSA/RHCE certification highly preferred.
• BE/B.Tech/BCA/Diploma or Polytechnic degree.

Responsibilities

• System Monitoring: Proactively monitor a growing fleet of on-field Linux devices to ensure 100% uptime.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Analyze application-level bugs, resolve technical roadblocks, and maintain system health.
• Field Deployment: Lead on-site installation and configuration of AI products, ensuring integration with customer hardware.
• Technical Support & Consulting: Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, resolving issues and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product Managers, and Engineering to define technical guidelines and product specs from customer feedback.
• Sales Engineering: Assist in preparing technical proposals and defining architecture for new client solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• OS Mastery: Solid knowledge of the Linux Operating System is mandatory.
• Scripting: Basic proficiency in Python and Shell Scripting for automation.
• Infrastructure: Strong grasp of Hardware and Networking fundamentals.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills (essential for customer interaction and documentation).
• Certification: Red Hat Certification (RHCSA/RHCE) is highly preferred.
• Education: B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / Diploma / Polytechnic
• Languages: English, Hindi, and a local language
