Fango, a high-growth startup based in Bengaluru, is seeking an intern to support day-to-day operations and customer engagement. The role requires visiting residential societies across Bangalore, understanding customer needs, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve queries.

As part of the field operations, you will travel within the city, document customer interactions, and contribute to improving processes and overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business and operational activities.
• Interact with customers and understand their requirements and concerns.
• Visit residential societies and conduct on-ground activities as part of customer engagement and operations.
• Travel within Bangalore to visit societies and support field-level operational activities
• Assist customers with queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requests.
• Follow up on customer-related tasks and ensure closure.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and operational activities.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with the relevant teams.
• Support customer onboarding and engagement activities.
• Assist in improving operational processes and customer experience.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
