Job summary

Meeravi HR Solutions is seeking an early-career Operations professional in Mumbai to support day‑to‑day activities, orders, stock, vendors and events. You will partner with the founder and marketing team, becoming the main contact for fulfilment, warehouse and studio partners.

You will manage orders, coordinate logistics, maintain inventory, liaise with vendors, and handle customer queries, contributing to smooth daily operations and growth.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in operations, e-commerce or related fields.
• Strong organisation and follow-through; you close loops without being chased.
• Clear, warm communication with customers and vendors.
• Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations across online, B2B and events.
• Coordinate order fulfilment and logistics from dispatch to delivery.
• Maintain inventory and flag reorder needs in time.
• Liaise with vendors and warehouse partners on timelines and costs.
• Handle B2B and studio orders from quotes to delivery follow‑up.
• Support events and pop‑ups with logistics and on‑ground coordination.
• Resolve customer queries quickly and with care.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and founder on launches and offers.

About Our Client

Our client is a design-led fitness and wellness brand based in Mumbai. They create compact, thoughtfully designed products that make movement part of everyday life. They sell online across India, supply studios and wellness spaces, and host community events and pop-ups. The team is small and founder-led, and the brand is growing quickly.

The Role

You will be the backbone of how the business runs day to day, making sure orders, stock, vendors and events work smoothly behind the scenes. You will work closely with the founder and the marketing team, and you will be the main point of contact for fulfilment, warehouse and studio partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across online (D2C), B2B and events
• Coordinate order fulfilment and logistics, from dispatch to delivery, including delays, returns and exchanges
• Maintain inventory and stock levels, track movement and flag reorder needs in time
• Liaise with vendors and warehouse partners on timelines, quality and costs
• Handle B2B and studio orders, from quotes and invoicing to delivery follow-up
• Support events and pop-ups with logistics, setup, stock and on-ground coordination
• Resolve customer queries quickly and with care
• Collaborate with the marketing team and founder on launches, offers and new products

What We're Looking For

Must have

• 1 to 2 years of experience in operations (e-commerce, supply chain, retail or customer experience backgrounds welcome)
