Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Ocean-Export shipments.
• Manage end-to-end logistics from origin to destination.
• Review export docs: invoices, packing lists, BLs, origin certificates.
• Ensure compliance with Indian export regulations and DGFT.
• Coordinate with NVOCCs, brokers, shipping lines, transport providers.
• Track shipments and resolve delays or documentation issues.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, production, warehouse, and finance.
• Monitor costs and identify efficiency improvements.
• Maintain audit-ready records in TMF system.

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end Ocean Export operations, including shipment planning, export documentation, customs and shipping line coordination, compliance, shipment tracking, and issue resolution. The role requires strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant shipment execution.

Essential Job Functions:

• Planning and coordinating Ocean- Export shipments
• Managing end-to-end logistics operations from origin to destination
• Reviewing export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading and certificates of origin
• Ensuring compliance with Indian export regulations, DGFT guidelines, and international trade requirements
• Coordinating with NVOCC’s, customs brokers, shipping lines, and transport providers, CFS etc.
• Tracking shipments and proactively resolving operational issues such as delays, documentation discrepancies.
• Collaborating with sales, procurement, production, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely shipment execution
• Monitoring logistics costs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce delays
• Maintaining accurate records in Company system- TMF and ensuring audit-ready documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
