Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics in Mumbai is seeking an Ocean Export Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end shipment planning, export documentation, customs coordination, and line coordination to ensure timely, compliant execution.   • Track shipments and resolve operational issues to prevent delays.
  • Collaborate with sales, procurement, production, warehouse, and finance.

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end Ocean Export operations, including shipment planning, export documentation, customs and shipping line coordination, compliance, shipment tracking, and issue resolution. The role requires strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant shipment execution.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Planning and coordinating Ocean- Export shipments
  • Managing end-to-end logistics operations from origin to destination
  • Reviewing export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading and certificates of origin
  • Ensuring compliance with Indian export regulations, DGFT guidelines, and international trade requirements
  • Coordinating with NVOCC’s, customs brokers, shipping lines, and transport providers, CFS etc.
  • Tracking shipments and proactively resolving operational issues such as delays, documentation discrepancies.
  • Collaborating with sales, procurement, production, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely shipment execution
  • Monitoring logistics costs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce delays
  • Maintaining accurate records in Company system- TMF and ensuring audit-ready documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Required Skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage priorities.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end Ocean Export operations.
