Job summary

Travclan is a B2B Travel Tech startup based in Delhi, working with travel agents to book flights, hotels and holidays. We offer growth and fast appraisals in a high-ownership environment, with a strong culture and no hierarchy.

The role involves night shifts, direct client interaction, and end-to-end travel operations from Connaught Place, Delhi. You will work closely with the founders, handling bookings, supplier coordination, and customer escalations, with opportunities for rapid salary growth

Qualifications

• Experience working night shifts and handling client calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end bookings operations (flights, hotels, packages).
• Manage cancellations, refunds, and quotes with suppliers.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Respond to customer queries and escalations with ownership.
• Maintain service levels and contribute to process improvements from feedback.

• Completing all bookings and flight/hotel/packages operations-related work including cancellations, refunds, etc
• Coordination with suppliers to ensure timely revert on quotes and booking details such as vouchers, confirmations etc

• Manage feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
• Demonstrate multitasking abilities
