Job summary

Travclan, a B2B Travel Tech startup, seeks a Learning & Development specialist to create and update onboarding and sales training content, including presentations, SOPs, playbooks, and assessments.

You will plan and deliver onboarding and role-based sessions, facilitate engaging activities, and work with sales to tailor materials. Based in Delhi, the role offers fast growth in a dynamic startup.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and regularly update training content for onboarding, process training, and sales enablement programs, with engaging materials such as presentations, SOPs, playbooks, and assessments.
• Plan and deliver onboarding and role-based training sessions, while facilitating interactive and outcome-driven sessions using activities, case studies, and role-based exercises.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify challenges and develop content, supporting capability building through mock calls, feedback, and refresher trainings.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, manage training schedules and trackers, and ensure training resources are organized and accessible.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, and continuously improve content quality, delivery methods, and domain knowledge.
