Job summary

TravClan in Delhi is seeking a driven intern to join our B2B Travel Tech startup. You will build and manage a highly engaged community of business agents, educate them about TravClan, and collaborate with finance, product and marketing to streamline processes and growth.

This six-month role offers a stipend starting at INR 25,000 and rising to INR 30,000 as you prove impact, with exposure to founders and a fast-paced startup culture in Connaught Place.

Qualifications

• Sole point of contact in building and managing a highly engaged community of business entrepreneurs/agents.
• Educating members about TravClan and managing 100-200 business accounts.
• Working with finance, product and marketing to build better processes, products and reach.
• Healthy retention of agents while growing the volume of Agent's business through TravClan.
• Ensuring customer delight while managing Agent's grievances related to payments, services, products.
• Effectively managing feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.

Job Requirements

• Healthy retention of agents while growing the volume of Agent's business through TravClan

• Effectively managing feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
• Hosting country-wide offline and online events & meet-ups of members from time to time.
