Flexiple Tech Private Limited is seeking an in-office Recruitment Intern in Bangalore for a 6-month period. You will find and recommend quality candidates, understand client requirements, and use team-approved views to surface top profiles.

You will present profiles clearly to Senior Operations Managers and help drive interview readiness and candidate conversions. The role emphasizes independent sourcing, maintaining profile quality, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Finding and recommending candidates
• Find candidate recommendations independently by understanding client requirements in detail
• Use views created by Senior Operations Managers for each role
• Identify priority profiles through manual review or by using AI based columns
• Suggest changes to the Talent Persona when needed based on real candidate quality and market feedback

Using Flexiple's product and sourcing channels:

• Leverage all available sourcing channels and Flexiple's product to find quality profiles
• Deliver strong recommendations even when quality profiles are limited
• Prepare a clear and structured pitch so Senior Operations Managers do not need to follow up or push for updates
• Ensuring profile quality and completeness
• Ensure all objective inputs required to decide whether a profile is complete and fit are present
• Maintain high standards of evaluation quality since this is required to grow into Level 2

Presenting profiles correctly:

• Present profiles to Senior Operations Managers using existing views
• Share profiles through Flexiple profiles or PDF resumes along with structured inputs such as custom questions
• Identify what needs to change whether it is the persona, custom questions, resume, or outreach and act on it

Interview readiness and conversion support:

• Set up Round 1 interviews
• Ensure candidates are serious, prepared, and ready to be hired for the role
• Share clear direction with Senior Operations Managers on which candidates are likely to convert
• Support follow ups and motivation for candidates that clients like

Scale, ownership, and reliability

• Handle multiple roles across different requirements while meeting recommendation metrics
• Gradually reduce Senior Operations Manager involvement by

Doing strong objective profile reviews:

• Ensuring low drop offs during the process
• Pulling recommendations independently from existing views without daily asks

Be reliable and available when clients are active, even if another Level 1 is on leave

Ensure work does not stop and Senior Operations Managers are not blocked due to unresponsiveness
