Job summary

Vahan Technologies India Private Limited is seeking a motivated intern in Bengaluru to help build and manage a database of BPOs and staffing partners. You will conduct outbound calls, understand partner needs, and present collaboration models to drive onboarding and growth.

The role offers a 6-month full-time in-office internship with INR 20,000–23,000 per month, plus perks like a certificate and a letter of recommendation.

• Pitch and explain the business collaboration / partnership model.
• Generate qualified BPO partnership leads through cold calling, online research, referrals, and other channels.
• Follow up consistently with interested BPOs and move them towards onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and partnership status.
• Coordinate with the internal team to take qualified BPO partners through the onboarding process.

About the internship:
